At V&A, we are currently in the midst of an ongoing mandate as Head of Global Business Development for Q-Agency. Our mission is to help them expand their client base and reach new heights of success. As part of this mission, we are in the process of setting up a new office location for ASIA in Thailand.
During this process, we are continuing to connect with government bodies and locals in the area. Our goal is to not only support the local communities but also build a positive with the government. By doing so, we hope to lay the foundation for a successful business venture in Thailand.

We are honored to have been a part of Psybene journey towards expansion. Our involvement began with fundraising, but we went beyond that and provided market analysis and planning to help them expand globally. Our team strategized two options for them, the first being an owner-operated model controlled by the HQ in China, and the second being a franchise model with Master Franchise licenses for each country.
The owner-operated model allowed Psybene to have more control over their operations, while the franchise model allowed them to expand rapidly and efficiently. We worked closely with Psybene to weigh the pros and cons of each option and ultimately helped them choose the franchise model, which was more suitable for their growth plans.

We had the privilege of planning and executing the relocation of a part of the manufacturing plant for Teka Group from Germany to Spain. This was a complex project that required careful planning and coordination to ensure a smooth transition. Our team worked closely with Teka Group to develop a detailed relocation plan that addressed all aspects of the move, including logistics, transportation, and installation.
